These terms apply to your use of wmadventures.com and to travel planning and booking services provided by Wanderlust Magic Adventures ("we," "us"), an independent travel advisor affiliated with Main Street Travel / Travel Leaders Network. By using our website or booking travel with us, you agree to these terms.

Our role
We act as an agent for travel suppliers, such as resorts, cruise lines, theme parks, tour operators, airlines and hotels. We don't own or operate any of these services. Each supplier has its own terms and conditions, including payment, cancellation, change and refund policies, which apply to your booking. We'll share key supplier terms with you before you book.

Planning fees
Our planning services are free to you. We're paid by commission from travel suppliers. If a fee ever applies to a specific service, we'll tell you before you agree to it.

Quotes, prices and availability
Quotes are based on availability and pricing at the time they're prepared. They aren't guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid. Suppliers may change prices, itineraries or availability at any time.

Payments, changes and cancellations
Deposits, final payment dates, and change or cancellation penalties are set by each supplier. You're responsible for making payments by the due dates. Late payment may lead the supplier to cancel your reservation.

Travel documents
You're responsible for making sure every traveler has valid passports, visas, vaccination records and other documents required for their trip. Names on reservations must match government-issued ID exactly.

Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. If you decline coverage, you accept responsibility for any losses from cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies or other unexpected events.

Promotions and gift cards
Promotional offers, such as gift cards for qualifying bookings, are subject to the terms stated in each promotion. Promotional gift cards are provided by Wanderlust Magic Adventures, not by any travel supplier. Unless stated otherwise, a promotion applies only to new bookings that are paid in full, and it has no cash value.

Limitation of liability
We aren't responsible for the acts, errors, omissions or failures of travel suppliers. We also aren't responsible for events outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, government actions or other disruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount of commission we earned on your booking.

The content on this website is for general information. Destination details, photos and prices may change without notice. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission. Third-party names and trademarks shown on this site belong to their owners, and their use doesn't imply endorsement.

Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at wmadventures.com/privacy-policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
